Disclosures

I began Home Economics for the Modern Age with the hopes of encouraging others to learn self-sufficiency and life skills. Although I don’t expect to become rich through this site, I have chosen to participate in some affiliate programs that can provide a way for my site to help cover the expenses involved in running the site.  (And maybe provide a bit of mad money, too!)

All affiliate links will be labeled as such.  If you choose to purchase something from an affiliate link, I will receive a small compensation at no additional cost to you.

If you see an affiliate link, please know that I have researched and most likely own or use the product I am sharing.  I love to recommend products that have been a help to me, and I  gladly share my recommendations whether or I not receive any compensation so many of the links will NOT be affiliate links!

Home Economics for the Modern Age is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to amazon.com.

Please be aware as well that while I may look at my page stats from time to time to help direct future posts,  I don’t personally disclose data collected from visitors. If you choose to click on a link that takes you away from this site, the third parties’ privacy policy may differ from mine so please be sure to visit their page if you are concerned. When you click on affiliate links, third parties including Amazon and other advertisers may serve content and advertisements, collect information directly from you, and place or recognize cookies on your browser.

Now that all the legalese stuff is out of the way, please let me know if you have any questions. I hope you find this site helpful!
